-Herlan P5 1960. We are producing 60 tubes per minute.
Trimming:
-Herlan TB12-II. Year of manufacture unknown. 60tpm.
Lacquer:
-Sprimag Horizontal internal lacquer machine. 1966. Speed is faster, however we are using at 60tpm.
-Anneling and lacquer drying ovens are installed on the factory floor and not movable. Locally manufactured and on natural gas therefore more energy efficient. Drawings can be provided so that you can have your own ovens installed at your facility.
base Coat:
-Manufacturer and year unknown. Semi-automatic, with pneumatic pusher system.
Chain and Spockets and frame:
-Complete chain with spockets mounted on frame.
Decorating Oven:
-Used for drying base coat and printing. Natural gas burners.
Printing:
-Four color Rutherford NJ USA printing machine. Year of manufacture unknown. 60tpm.
Capping:
-Herlan. Year of manufacture unknown. As-is condition. In storage since imported since manual capping is more convenient due to labor availability.

-Used for drying base coat and printing. Natural gas burners.
Printing:

We are making approximately 25,000. tubes per day on each line. All of the above equipment is in very good working condition with the exception of capping machines which are being provided as-is.

We will supply the following accessories which are currently in use:
-(1) Air compressor. 15Hp

-(1) Slug tumbler machine. For mixing slug and powder. 
-Die rings for the presses in sizes 12.5, 19, 22, and 25mm.
-Spindles for trimming, base coating, and printing in 12.5, 19, 22, 25mm.
-Lacquer machines holders in 12.5, 19, 22, 25mm.

Machinery is located in Lahore, Pakistan.
